Cancellation Policy & Model Cancellation Form
Consumers have a statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. A “Consumer” means an individual acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
A. Cancellation Policy
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example by email or letter):

You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Return of Goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
If a parcel is not collected by the customer and is returned to us, the return shipping cost of 35 EUR per parcel may be deducted from the refund.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the Right to Cancel
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised (for example custom colour, finish or made-to-order items confirmed via email);
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
- Goods which become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
General Information
1) Please take reasonable care of the goods and return them in suitable packaging to prevent damage in transit.
2) Please do not return goods freight collect.
3) The above points are not a precondition for the valid exercise of the right to cancel.
