Shipping & Returns
Shipping in our online shop is free of charge within mainland United Kingdom.
We ship primarily via UPS.
After dispatch, you will receive tracking details to monitor your shipment.
Estimated delivery time is typically 5–10 working days.
Please provide your telephone number when placing your order so that the courier can contact you if necessary regarding delivery.
Goods cannot be collected in person.
We do not charge any additional oversized item fees.
Large products may be packed and shipped in multiple parcels, which may arrive separately. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
If the packaging appears damaged upon delivery, please take clear photos immediately and send them to us by email. This helps us resolve the matter quickly with the courier.
During peak periods such as Christmas, Easter or New Year, delivery times may be extended by a few working days.
Returns
The statutory cancellation period for consumers is 14 days from the day you receive the goods, in accordance with UK consumer law.
Returns must be sent to our warehouse in Unit 2, Burbage Road, LE10 2TP, Burbage (return address provided in our Cancellation Policy). The parcel will NOT be returned to our Berlin business address.
If the return is due to a product defect or our error, we will arrange collection or reimburse reasonable return costs.
If the return is due to customer preference, cancellation, or incorrect order details provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to our warehouse.
If a parcel is refused or not collected by the customer and is returned to us by UPS, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
UK Islands & Remote Areas
We do not automatically ship to islands or certain remote UK locations.
Before placing an order for delivery to an island or remote postcode area, the customer must contact us by phone or email to confirm shipping availability and any additional costs.
If an order is placed without prior confirmation for delivery to an island or restricted area, and shipping is not possible under standard conditions, the customer may be charged for incurred shipping and return costs.
